Marcela will share with us the culture of tech regarding gender and race inclusivity, and the hard work insight she needed to succeed. Marcela’s career is filled with firsts, including executive roles as female and Latin for global top 50 corporations. We are so fortunate to have been cleared to have this chat with a ranking leader at our nation’s capital. Marcela is proof-positive that the Democratic Party is the place where the American Dream can still be found–for every American.
