Phone banking outreach into the Vietnamese community to talk about our candidates. We will train you on how to perform virtual phone banking through a pandemic from the safety of your homes for Congressman Harley Rouda! We will give you all the tools to reach out to your Vietnamese neighbors to keep CA-48 blue.
