Make calls to save Democracy in Ohio!

Join other pro-democracy callers on a phone bank to help ensure that a 60% threshold to pass a citizen-led constitutional amendment never, ever becomes Ohio law. Ohio MAGA Republicans have scheduled a special election designed specifically to change Ohio law making it almost impossible for voters to pass any citizen-led amendments to the state constitution. Their motivation: Stop Ohio voters from approving a constitutional amendment protecting reproductive rights. We use a dialer to make calls! Petition gathering has garnered enough signatures to get the reproductive rights amendment on the November ballot, but Republicans hope to squash that effort by changing state law in advance of November. It is dirty politics at its worst.

At the outset of a phonebank, we’ll thoroughly train you on how to make phone calls using a dialer! Then, we’ll pivot right into making some calls to voters! After you attend a training and the phonebank afterwards, you’ll be equipped to make calls anytime that works for your schedule in the future.
