Joan is taking a well-earned vacation, so these phone banks will include a minimal staff: a host/trainer,  a skilled person managing chat, and a skilled person providing one-on-one support. You don’t need phone-banking experience, but you must know Zoom basics (like reading and writing chat).

We are always open to your feedback, as we believe in continuous improvement. Your input helps us to design the JDC phone-banking experience to meet the needs of both our phone-bankers and the voters we reach out to.
