The Heart of L.A. Democratic Club was formed in recognition of the growing awareness within the Democratic Party that women should be fully and equally represented both in the political community and the national body politic. Heart of L.A. Democratic Club is open to all Democrats who subscribe to our goals and purposes regardless of their gender identity.

We are the only Los Angeles County-wide Democratic Club whose primary purpose is dedicated to actively promoting the full and equal representation of women in the local and national body politic through civic engagement, issue and policy advocacy, candidate endorsements, and campaign support.
As a Democratic Club officially chartered with the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, we have a direct pipeline to our current and future elected officials
