Join Stonewall Dems and the Westside Democratic HQ as we knock on doors in beautiful West Hollywood to help STOP the Republican Recall of Gov. Gavin Newsom.
Please RSVP below for one or more of the following dates:
Research shows that face-to-face contact with voters is the BEST way to convince them to vote, educate them about the issues, and secure a Democratic win in this special election! We can’t lose the Governor’s seat to a right-wing dilettante who will try to undo all the good work in progress by Gov. Newsom and our Democratic leaders in California.
We’ll meet at a park in West Hollywood (exact location to be provided upon registration), where you will receive campaign literature and your “turf.” Bring a friend, and you’ll both be sent to the same area so you can volunteer together!
We’ll be using the California Democratic Party’s PDI On the Go platform to identify Dem voters in the neighborhood. Once you register for the canvassing event, a Neighborhood Captain will reach out to you to schedule a training for you on PDI On the Go and some general information about the CADEM’s Stop the Republican Recall campaign.
Even if you have experience with PDI On the Go, you’ll find the training useful and a great opportunity to ask questions about the PDI app and/or about the campaign prior to the day of the canvass.
You can download the “PDI Mobile Connect” app onto your phone at these links:
Stonewall Dems are holding several canvassing events between now and the Election “end date” of Tuesday, Sept. 14. Look for more opportunities to canvass with us on Mobilize!
Join us whenever you can. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment, and our goal is to secure hundreds of “No” votes in West Hollywood and help shut down the GOP-led recall effort.
