Cafecito VOTA at CADEM EBoard

CADEM is proud to announce our VOTA program – which will launch in the Fall of 2023 with a focus on Latino outreach and GOTV in key regions of California.

Although Latinos make up 39% of California’s population, only 22% of them are likely voters according to recent data from the Public Policy Institute of California. Similarly, 62% of unregistered adults, including non-citizens, are Latino. However, once registered, the vast majority of Latinos cast a ballot and likely voters lean Democratic.
